International Beauty Show, recognizing her as one of the top authorities in the Beauty Industry.  Her almost 25 years as an internationally recognized Hair Designer, Salon and Spa owner and much sought after Educator and Platform Artist, allow her to lend her expertise as a Coach and Consultant.  She is committed to ‘giving back’ to this industry by sharing her vast experience to help stylists increase clientele, make more money and increase professionalism.

Wright’s former salon, Fabulous Finishes Salon and Day Spa, holds the distinguished honor of being one of the first African-American owned spa facilities in the country!  Essence Magazine, The Washington Post, and Washingtonian Magazine all featured Fabulous Finishes as one of the best in the country.  In addition, her salon and spa was selected by Salon Today Magazine as one of the “200 Fastest Growing Salons” in the country, for three consecutive years!
